Developments of recent decades shows that for reducing the financial and opportunities costs as well as increasing productivity, it is necessary to improve the quality of components and systems in organization. Information systems based on these rules should be considered and for improving their productivity, user’s satisfaction and effectiveness it is necessary to quality aspects of these systems are considered too. In this research a quality assurance system is developed to all parts of an information system from data gathering, data entry to indexing and dissemination of information for assuring of quality are included. This model based on continual improvement approach of Deming cycle will change all of its systems and processes so that each development in the system with considering current standards and quality guidelines are done

تحولات چند دهۀ اخیر نشان میدهد بهدلیل کاهش هزینههای زمانی و مالی و همچنین افزایش بهره‌وری، لازم است کیفیت اجزا و سامانههای موجود در سازمانها بهبود یابند. سامانههای اطلاعاتی نیز شامل همین قواعد میشوند و برای افزایش بهره‌وری، رضایت کاربران و سرعتبخشی به اجزای آن، ضروری است در مراحل مختلف به جنبه‌های کیفی آنها توجه ویژهای شود. در تحقیق پیش رو تلاش شده است برای سامانههای اطلاعاتی گردآوری و ثبت، سازمان‌دهی و اشاعة اطلاعات پایان‌نامه‌ها / رساله‌های دانش‌آموختگان داخل کشور، نظامی بهمنظور تضمین کیفیت پایه‌ریزی و اجرا شود که کلیۀ اجزا و مراحل سامانۀ اطلاعاتی را از جمع‌آوری، ثبت و ورود داده‌ها تا نمایه‌سازی و اشاعۀ اطلاعات دربرمیگیرد. این نظام بر اساس رویکرد بهبود مستمر در چرخۀ دمینگ، سازوکارها و فرایندهای سامانۀ اطلاعاتی خود را به شکلی تغییر و تحول میدهد که هرگونه توسعه و پیشرفت در سامانه با مد نظر قرار دادن استانداردهای موجود برای سامانههای اطلاعاتی و در نظر گرفتن جنبهها و مسائل کیفی صورت پذیرد.
